Terms & User Agreement

1. Who provides MyCoins

MyCoins is provided by Seventh Software LLC (“Seventh Software,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to the MyCoins mobile application, website and related services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use MyCoins. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. What MyCoins does

MyCoins is a personal earnings-tracking tool designed to help you record tips, work hours, hourly rates and related information and view calculations and insights based on information you provide.

MyCoins is not a bank, payroll provider, accountant, tax preparer, investment adviser or financial adviser. Calculations and insights are informational and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying records and meeting your own payroll, employment, tax, reporting and financial obligations.

4. License to use the app

Subject to these terms, Seventh Software grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MyCoins for lawful personal purposes.

If you obtain MyCoins through Apple’s App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you obtain MyCoins through Google Play, Google Play’s applicable terms also govern store distribution and purchases. Nothing in these terms reduces mandatory consumer rights or overrides applicable store usage rules. Platform features and availability may differ; Android is not publicly available until its release is announced.

5. Your information and records

You retain responsibility for information you enter into MyCoins. You grant Seventh Software the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, transmit and display that information solely to operate, secure and improve MyCoins and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of tip, work-hour, rate and note information that you enter.

6. MyCoins+ subscriptions and in-app purchases

• Paid features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases.
• Prices, billing period, trial availability and features are displayed in the app and the applicable App Store or Google Play purchase screen before purchase. Prices and availability may vary by platform, country and currency.
• Purchases through Apple are billed to your Apple Account; purchases through Google Play are billed using your Google Play payment method. The respective store’s payment and subscription terms apply.
• Unless canceled under the applicable store’s terms, an auto-renewable subscription renews according to the terms shown at purchase.
• Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings, and Google Play subscriptions through Google Play’s Payments & subscriptions settings. Uninstalling MyCoins does not cancel a subscription. Access after cancellation follows the purchase terms, typically through the paid period.
• Refund requests are handled under the applicable Apple or Google Play refund rules, without limiting mandatory rights.

Deleting your MyCoins account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. Manage it separately in the store where you purchased it. Do not purchase a second subscription on another platform assuming it replaces or cancels the first; entitlement availability across platforms is shown in the app.

7. Advertising and third-party services

Some versions of MyCoins may display advertising. MyCoins also relies on third-party technology such as Apple services, Google/Firebase, Google Mobile Ads and supported authentication providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use MyCoins for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs or data.
• Interfere with security, availability or normal operation of MyCoins.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell or redistribute MyCoins except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Upload malicious code or content that violates another person’s rights.
• Use automated means to overload, scrape or misuse the service.

9. Intellectual property

MyCoins, including its software, interface, branding, artwork, text and other materials supplied by Seventh Software, is owned by Seventh Software or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of MyCoins or our intellectual property to you.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed and retained. It forms part of the terms governing your use of MyCoins.

11. Account deletion and termination

You may initiate deletion of your account from Profile → Delete account (under Account on some versions) in the app, or request it by emailing support@appmycoins.com from your account email. We may verify ownership. See our Privacy Policy for data deletion and retention details. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, or address material violations of these terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations and applicable payment obligations — remain effective after termination.

12. Availability and changes to the service

We may update, improve, add, remove or discontinue features. We do not promise that MyCoins will always be available without interruption or that every feature will remain available indefinitely. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyCoins is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that calculations, analytics, advertisements, third-party services or other content will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular financial, tax, payroll or employment purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seventh Software will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from or related to MyCoins. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Legal compliance

You may use MyCoins only where permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for complying with laws and third-party terms that apply to your use of the app, including Apple’s applicable terms on Apple devices and Google Play’s applicable terms for Android store services.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as MyCoins evolves or when legal or operational requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

17. Applicable law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by applicable law without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your place of residence. Any dispute must be brought in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction unless a different process is required by applicable law.
